Shoot cancellations can be made with at least 5 days notice prior to the booking date for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days of the booking date are not eligible for a full refund.
Shoot reschedules can be made with at least 5 days notice prior to the booking date. If you reschedule within 5 days of the booking date, a 10% service fee will be applied.
Rescheduling requests will NOT be accepted for no-show sessions.
First rescheduling will be free and rescheduling for the second time or more will be charged a 10% service fee.
If you miss the booking date, any outstanding amount will immediately become due and payable.
If we do not receive payment from you on the payment date, then a late fee of 2% will be charged with the outstanding amount per each day payment is not received.
